Fahrenheit 451

I personally am not a fan of Fahrenheit 451. I feel like there is a lack of setting description and there isn't much physical description about the characters. It lacks a lot of visual descriptions in general. There also isn't much background knowledge and you have to make a lot more inferences about Montag's and the rest of the characters' lives. I would much rather be "babied" and be flat out told what's going on in the book than be forced to make assumptions. Overall, this book just isn't very appealing to me and I feel like Ray Bradbury could've taken a little more time to edit his writing. The fact that he wrote it in 9 days is amazing, but I think the amount of time that he spent on it is restricting his writing.
