New Book

I recently began reading "The Thousand Dollar Tan Line" by Rob Thomas. The book is part of the "Veronica Mars" series. It is the first book of the series, but it was preceded by 3 seasons of a TV show and a movie. The book is set right after the ending of the movie. It is actually interesting how the book is written because Kristen Bell, who portrays the main character, Veronica Mars, made the character known for her infamous voiceovers in both the TV show and the movie. In the book, they have italicized thoughts which are the book's version of the voiceovers. It is kind of hard reading though because the show and movie are in Veronica's point of view. The voiceovers are what make it first person because Veronica tells the audience her thoughts. The book, however is written in third person, so reading the story takes a minute to comprehend. Other than that, the story has been preety good so far, I hope it stays that way throughout the rest of the book.
